HALLOWEEN SOON WILL BE HERE!!!

Well, Halloween will soon be here.  Lots of SPOOKY GHOST & GHOULS will be walking and flying around.  I have a Witch flying around in my house already.  She can't wait for Halloween Night.

MMMMMMM! I guess I better watch out on Halloween night when I open the door for the SPOOKY GHOST & GHOULS out and about.  I'm sure WITCHY WITCH will want to fly out the door and join in with all the other Witches, Ghost & Ghouls for a scary night of fun.

HERE SHE IS SITTING WITH HER BROOM READY TO FLY AS SOON AS HALLOWEEN ARRIVES.   I told her she had a bit of a wait but she said, she doesn't care.  She is going to sit with her broom and wait until HALLOWEEN NIGHT!  Looks like I'm in for a night of watching Witchy Witch so she won't fly out the door.  She's saying; she promise she will come back home after she and others have a fun HALLOWEEN FRIGHT NIGHT!  MMMMMMMM! I'M SURE IT WILL BE FUN FOR HER OUT TERRIFYING ALL THE KIDS.   Glad she has a couple of months to wait.  SHHHHHHH! Can't let her hear that, she thinks it's sooner. Boy is she in for a surprise.  She won't be happy when she finds out HALLOWEEN is a couple of months away. LOL LOL LOL!!!

JUST A NOTE

Thought I'd post Just A Note this morning.  Sorry, it's been awhile since I've posted anything on my blog.  Been away, had my granddaughter and daughter visiting and been sick with allergies.  It's been weeks since I have felt good BUT I feel much better now. WOOOHOOOO!!  Hopefully I've got the allergies under control now.  I have allergies everywhere I have ever lived.  Maybe I should stuff cotton in my nostrils to keep the pollen out. :-) LOL!

I have and am still working on new dolls.  I am finishing some that I started months (lots of months ago).  I'm going to start on some Halloween and Christmas dolls/snowpeople and others.  That will be later because my hubby and I will be going away for our Anniversary.

My studios are a total mess.  One studio is so piled up with everything I can hardly get in past the door.  After the conference I taught at I was hit with the allergies and just did not feel like putting anything away or work on anything.  SOOOOoooooooo Everything is piled up in that studio just waiting for me to put everything where it belongs.  My other studio is in fairly good shape but still messy with everything laying around as I create. At least I can walk in this studio. LOL LOL!  I have more stuff than I probably will ever use.  AND I keep buying more stuff because I don't have what I need and have to go to Michael's or Hobby Lobby. :-)  Then I see other stuff and think I have to have it also. LOL LOL!!!  I KNOW I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE THAT DOES THIS. :-)  RIGHT???? :-)

Well, I am going to get off here and finish the piece I've been working on for a couple of days.  I started her sometime ago(months and months ago) and just stopped and went to something else.  I had all the supplies I needed for her but had to stop and do lots of other stuff.  Sooooooooo she got put aside and forgotten about until I pulled her out of my unfinished basket.  I really really love this doll (she's more of a show piece to sit in the house). She's a Fran doll alright.  I guess I should come up with a new word besides doll for her. MMMMMmmmmmmmmm!! Have to think on this one. YES, I will have to turn up my brain for this one.  I'm usually good about coming up with sayings and names but right this minute nothing is coming to me yet.  She's so peaceful to look at but don't want to call her peaceful.  As I finish her she will tell me what she wants to be called. I KNOW DOLL CREATORS ARE LIKE THAT.  RIGHT DOLL CREATORS??????? :-)

TEACHING - SICK - CREATING

Sorry I haven't posted in awhile.  Was in Austin at All Dolls Are Art Conference teaching.  What a wonderful fun time all had.  I really really enjoyed teaching my "Fairy" class and my "Miss Prissy" class.  The whole conference was wonderful.  Lots of great items in the Sales Room this year.  Gypsy Pamela and Ken were there with all their WONDERFUL fabrics, patterns, trims, etc etc etc.  WOW!

I died when I got home.  Not really died or I wouldn't be typing. :-)  I died with ALLERGIES!! AND STILL AM.  Getting better but it sure is taking a long time.  Been to doctor and taking meds she said to.  Something in the Texas air my body doesn't like.  I've been staying inside the house most of the time.  I just went out to go to Michael's because today was the last day to use my 40% off coupon and I needed another large 8lb box of clay.  Got to do some more sculpting.  I'll surely feel like my old self soon.

Stayed in my PJ's for days.  I guess I had a Pajama Party.  :-)  Just wish I had felt better.  Another few days and I think I will be back to my ole self.  Hubby was down with allergies also.

Going to work on some more new dolls, hopefully I feel like it tomorrow.  Got several new ones made but was working on more before I went to ADAA conference.   I will finish them and start on new ones. 

Time seems to go by SOOoooooooo! FAST! 

Going to get off here.  Just wanted to post and let all know I'm still here. :-)
