"WEIGHT WATCHERS"
MMMMMMMMMMMM!!! I DID NOT LOOSE ANY WEIGHT THIS WEEK BUT I DID NOT GAIN ANY. STILL SAD. :-( BAD BAD BAD ME!! OH WELL!
OH!!! I KNOW WHY I DIDN'T LOOSE......... I ate out and had fish and a salad WHICH WAS OK. BUT WE (HUBBY & I) ordered dessert. APPLE PIE WITH A TOPPING(made of butter & cream) & WHIPPED CREAM. OH MY it was SOOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD! And THEN it was our Grandson's Birthday SOOOOOO there was CAKE & ICE CREAM AGAIN!!! It all did me in OR I should say I LET IT LEAD ME DOWN THE SUGAR FAT PATH!!!
Tomorrow is my hubby's Birthday. GUESS WHAT???? I will be making his Birthday Cake and I HOPE I CAN KEEP FROM EATING ANY OF IT. OH! YES! and there will be lots of ICE CREAM !!!! Just thinking about the cake and ice cream must have just put 2 lbs on me. ROFL!! Not really but I have to get some WILL POWER!!! I lost it and can't seem to find it. I WILL I WILL I WILL FIND MY WILL POWER!!! YES, I WILL!!! I PROMISE!!!! and I WON'T GO BACK ON A PROMISE!!!
Guess I better PROMISE every week to be good. Even though I didn't gain any I STILL WANT THAT LOST EVERY WEEK!!! OH! and get on the Treadmill everyday.
GOSH!!! WILL POWER IS HARD TO DO!!! Guess I have to have a talk with myself. :-) I'm like a kid and don't listen to myself. :-)
I know I COULD HAVE GAINED WEIGHT BUT I DIDN'T!!! I STAYED THE SAME!!! THAT'S GOOD. ................................ I GUESS. :-( :-) That one is debatable.
SUGAR IS BAD FOR FRAN!! SUGAR IS BAD FOR FRAN!! SUGAR IS BAD FOR FRAN!!! YES, IT IS!!! FOR MORE REASONS THAN LOOSING WEIGHT!! Makes my Triglycerides go up.
I PROMISE MYSELF I WILL BE GOOD THIS WEEK AND NOT EAT ANYTHING I SHOULDN'T!!
