I am teaching VICTORIA VANDERBILT three day class. Victoria Vanderbilt is a very classic lady. She's Miss Prim and Proper and Loves wearing great looking clothing, hats & shoes. She's 15 inches tall and full of techniques. OH! and she LOVES shoes & Purses.
