HI & STILL WORKING ON A COUPLE OF DOLLS

Hope all are busy creating.  I've been working all day and most of this evening trying to finish a doll.  I JUST FINISHED IT!!! WOOOHOO!  ONE MORE TO CREATE!!  I'm RUNNING BEHIND AS USUAL.  I thought Just Maybe 2012 would be better than 2011........ BUT stuff keeps happening to slow me down on working in my studio. Nothing bad happening; Thank Goodness.  Not here any how.  Some of our kids are having some health issues. They are having them taken care of. They are seeing their doctors. The waiting for all the test, etc. to be over with and the results of the test to come back is hard waiting. I just had my yearly blood work.  Not too bad.  I have high Triglycerides, they are a lot lower than last year. I've had high Triglycerides for years. Now my Cholesterol is a little bit high.  I have Vitamin D deficiency. I'm on 2000 IU Vitamin D3 a day.  I don't get out in the sun much at all :-)    Cholesterol is a little high but working on that also.  I'm taking Fish Oil (lots of it; 1000-4000mg) plus my Vitamin D3.  Got to loose some weight and walk on the treadmill. Go back in 3 months for more blood work. I go to weight watchers but I HAVE BEEN BAD!! Who's going to sew my mouth shut???????? Vivian can you come here with your needle and thread????? LOL LOL!!!  Got to keep all the goodies out of the house or I will eat it. Especially Vanilla Ice Cream.  I get started and can't stop eating it. LOL LOL!! Really not funny. :-)
HERE AND NOW I PROMISE MYSELF I WILL KEEP TO MY WEIGHT WATCHERS DIET AND LOOSE WEIGHT EACH WEEK!!  I PROMISE I WILL NOT BUY VANILLA ICE CREAM OR ANY OTHER GOODIES. 

CUPCAKE FAIRY is going to keep me on my diet. Can't eat the cupcake she has. It's made out of paperclay. Would not be to Yummy!! to eat.  She's sitting in my kitchen watching me and making sure I don't eat GOODIES!! Every time I look at her she reminds me NOT TO EAT GOODIES! :-)

It's MIDNIGHT and I'm going to go to bed.  Got to get up early and start working on another new doll.

STILL WORKING ON DOLLS!!! AND LIFE IN GENERAL!!

I got a little doll sculpted but not painted or dressed yet.  Got a couple of birds sculpted and almost finished. Sewing up body parts this evening.  Tomorrow going to Weight Watchers (mmmmm! don't know if I want to get on the scales!!) LOL LOL!!  I was a little bit bad this week.  Got to stop eating out and bringing good stuff in the house. MY WILL POWER IS NOT GOOD RIGHT NOW!  I say Life hands you a Lemon EAT Sugar.  I know that is bad to eat sugar. LOL  I WILL BE GOOD!!
Got to get off here and start supper. Hubby will be home soon.  Having Turkey but NOT all the trimmings that go with it.  Will have a veggie salad, baked potatoe and green beans.  That's a good WW meal.

SOON IT WILL BE MIDNIGHT

MIDNIGHT WALK

It's 2 1/2 hours before Midnight.  Hopefully I will be in bed by then. LOL!! I'm trying to get some work finished on a doll but not sure if it's going to happen or not tonight.  My eyes are already getting heavy.  Nope caffeine won't help.  Caffeine doesn't keep me awake.  Never has and probably never will. 
Got a body cooking in the oven. NOW NOW!! Don't get excited.....It's a clay doll body.  I was watching TV with my Hubby and I was sculpting a little doll body.  Just the torso.  Still have to sculpt arms, legs and head.  I have to stop at Michael's tomorrow and get some supplies I need to finish her.
SUPPOSE TO RAIN ALL DAY TOMORROW.  I HOPE NOT!!   Going to a friends house for a Play Day.  Several of us get together and work on our dolls or whatever else we want to work on.  We have a great time.  Not sure what I'm taking to work on yet.  Maybe I'll take a cloth body to stuff with fiberfill, some decorative papers, modpodge and other stuff to finish her with.  She'll have a clay face with cloth over. Color in face features, etc.  Don't think I'll finish her but will get a good start on her.  She will be a doll for Teaching Proposal unless I change my mind about teaching her. Although she would be a great doll to teach.  I sold one similar to her for $250 a couple  of years ago. I won't be selling this doll or her pattern because she will be a doll that I will teach from time to time.   See I told you I was tried.  I keep rattling on and on.  OK it's time for me to get off here and go get the doll body out of the oven.  I just heard the timer go off.

MAMMY

Meet "MAMMY"  I made her after my Mammy (grandmother).  We called her Mammy.  I made her dress, slip, hat, purse, glasses and shoes like ones she really wore. She looks like she did.  I love and miss her.  She's been gone for 24 years.  I still remember and hang on to lots and lots of memories.  She taught me how to make paper dolls, crochet and lots of other things.

I will be putting on some new pictures soon.  Right now I'm working on lots of different creations.  Probably too many at one time.  BUT THAT'S ME. :-)   I don't think I could work on one thing at a time and finish it from beginning to end without starting something else while working on another.  I just have to work on 2 or more things at once.  ALTHOUGH! I think I will try working on one doll and finish it before starting another. We shall see how that WORKS OUT! LOL LOL   Gotta laugh at myself sometimes. :-) :-)  BUT I'm sure most of you know what I mean.

"ART IS ME & FIRST BLOOM"

I drew and painted these pictures. They are 5 X 7 canvas. I also used glass pebbles, hand dyed lace, paper flowers, hand dyed ribbon.  ART IS ME has the glass pebble for her hair and dress. FIRST BLOOM has the hand dyed lace, hand dyed ribbon and paper flowers.

I changed my Facebook over to Timeline page today. Wasn't to bad changing it but some pictures I see are a bit larger than they should be on Timeline page BUT on my Home Page the size is fine.  I know everyone will be going on Timeline tomorrow (Well, it's 12:34 A.M. here) So, I should say today. LOL!! 
I'm up because I was baking a doll and can't go to bed until it's finished.  The oven just stopped and I will let it cool and work on rest of it tomorrow. 

While the doll was baking, I was looking through Pintrest. WOW! What talent people have. Could sit for hours looking at everything. Some Yummy recipes on Pintrest.  Yummy!! GEEEEZZZZ! going to make myself hungry and it's too late to eat.  Besides my eyelids are drooping.  They are really drooping and ready to go to sleep.

FACEBOOK - TIMELINE - CREATING

OK, I am going to Timeline on Facebook.  I haven't done anything with it except get on.  Now I have to go read all the directions to do THIS & THAT!   I also signed up for PINTREST.  I have to go read all the directions on that also. LOL LOL LOL! What have I got myself into?????  Lot of reading and typing???????? :-)    I'm sure it will be fun after I learn all the INS & OUTS of BOTH Timeline Facebook and Pintrest.  I'm sure I'll be HAPPY with both WHEN I FIGURE THEM OUT. :-)

Sooooooooo, that is what I'm UP TO. HEHEHEHEHE!!! EXCEPT.....I am working on new creations; YES STILL!   I have to have some finished soon for teaching proposals and I have to re-stock my patterns supply.  I have NEW PATTERNS COMING OUT SOON.  I HOPE!  They are on the drawing board.

OK I SAID I WOULD POST SOME OF THE CREATIONS I'M WORKING ON.  SOOOOO, HERE ARE SOME.  STILL WORKING ON SOME OF THEM.   I HAVE OTHER NEW CREATIONS BETTER THAN THESE I'M WORKING ON.   BUT, IT WILL BE A BIT LONGER BEFORE I FINISH AND SHOW THEM.

NEW DAY - NEW CREATIONS - FRIEND FROM OUT OF TOWN

NEW DAY - It was cloudy and rainy this morning.  NOW the sun is shinning bright.  Looks like it's going to be a beautiful day.  Rained ALOT the past couple of days.  Nice to see Sunshine again.  Although we REALLY REALLY REALLY NEEDED THE RAIN. We could use more since we are still below normal rain fall here.  The lakes are still down and need more rain. 

NEW CREATIONS -  Well, I'm still working on my new creations.  Thought I would finish one at a time BUT NOT ME!!! I HAVE to work on several things at a time.   Hopefully I'll have one finished soon and show a picture.  I have my Valentine Swap Partners creations finished and almost ready to mail out.  MMMMMMM! I still have time before I have to mail it out SOOoooooooo! who knows I might have to add something else if it tells me to.  You know that little or I should say that BIG VOICE in our Creative Heads??????  Well, it's talking to me. LOL LOL!!  

I have to LAUGH because some people that read this might think I'm (we) are nuts. ROFL ROFL!!!

FRIEND FROM OUT OF TOWN - We have a friend from out of town that is visiting with his family.  My hubby is going to pick him up and spend the day out and then they both will come to our house and we will spend time here and go out to supper.  Wish his WIFE and GRANDSON had come with him.  MISS THEM!!!  Maybe next time. NO JURY DUTY!!!!

Went to the court house this morning.  Sit with lots and lots of people waiting to hear if we had to sit on a jury. :-)    Waited almost an hour and then the list  of 20 was read of who was picked.  I was sitting there saying to myself they picked me I know they did.  BUT THEY DIDN'T!!!  WOOOHOOO!!!  They told all of us that was left, we could go home we don't have jury duty.  We won't get another jury summons for 3 years. WOOOOHOOOO!!!   Made me happy.   I know someone has to sit on the jury but I'd rather not because I'm not sure I could say someone was guilty or not guilty.  There's been to many guilty that got off and to many not guilty that had to go to jail.    I know someone has to be on the jury and pass judgement on them.  I really don't think I could because if I helped find someone guilty and years later found out they weren't guilty.....That would haunt me.  I know it would.   I know we are only human and I have way to many feeling about this.  I'm glad I wasn't picked.

Now back to my dolls and other creations.

GOING SHOPPING/DIDN'T GET TO GO SHOPPING TODAY

Going to Michael's shopping I NEED SOME MORE SUPPLIES!! :-)  That I don't have. :-)  As my hubby says don't you have enough supplies already.  NOPE! don't have the ones I need today. LOL LOL!! 

DIDN'T GET TO GO SHOPPING AFTER ALL.  SOMETHING ELSE HAD TO BE TAKEN CARE OF AND DIDN'T GET TO GO SHOPPING.  :-(   :-) HOPEFULLY TOMORROW OR WHEN EVER TIME LETS ME. :-)
I might have to go for jury duty tomorrow.  I have to call this evening to see if my number has been picked. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMmmmmmmmmmm!!

ALMOST FINISHED MY VALENTINES AND VALENTINE SWAP ITEMS.

I still have a few more Valentine swap items to finish and then I'm finished and ready to mail to my swap partner when she gets ready to mail.  I'm in no hurry SO, NO PRESSURE CHRIS. :-)

I am working on some NEW CREATIONS that I'm really excited about.  Will go out and get some more supplies that I DON'T HAVE THAT I NEED.  One would think I would have what I need with all the supplies I have. ROFL ROFL!!!  That's always the way; never have everything we need. :-)

SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, MICHAEL'S, HOBBY LOBBY, JOANN'S AND BARNS & NOBLE HERE I COME TOMORROW.  I KNOW Y'ALL WANT MY MONEY!! :-) AND I WANT TO GIVE IT TO YA!!!!. :-)

I still have to renew my doll magazines.  BAD BAD BAD!! Just way to much has been going on around here plus hubby is sick with allergies.  The specialist told him we live in #1 place for allergies.  I sure HOPE NOT!!! Seems like it since we've been here.  I know had lots of allergies when the cedar blows down here.  I guess Las Vegas wasn't to bad BUT DID HAVE allergies there also.  Can't get away from allergies no matter where you go.  They follow us. LOL LOL!!!

SUNDAY & SHOPPING

Meet ETHAN my grandson.  He's 4 and cute as a button and smart. He was eating when I took his picture. He had been swimming.  He looks just like his daddy when his daddy was that age. I'll have to dig out some old pictures of his daddy at that age and post them together. 

Later today we are going to the outdooor flea market.  I don't think they call it flea market but not sure what the name of it is.  I hope I can find an old large trunk to sit at the foot of our bed.  Wish I had the ones that was in our family. Maybe I should quiz some of the older family members and see if they know what happened to them.  MMMMmmmmm! Good Thought. :-) 

I'm still working on Valentine Swap stuff for my partner that Vivian is hosting.  I thought I would have everything finished by last night BUT we went out yesterday and last night SO I didn't finish everything. I did stay up til midnight working on some things.  Tomorrow I will finish everything.  Then I will go back to working on the new dolls, patterns and art I've been working on.

FRIDAY 13th

HAPPY FRIDAY THE 13th!!   I love Friday 13th and not scared of it at all.  The number 13 is GOOD! and even better when it falls on Friday.  NO BAD LUCK AT ALL!  LUCKY NUMBER 13.

It's on the cool side here but going to warm up.  I'm so glad we haven't had any snow yet.  We have had some rain the past couple of days but today the sun is shinning.

MY WEIGHT WATCHERS WEIGH IN DAY!!! THIS WEEK 1/11/2012

I went to my Weight Watchers meeting this morning. I have been BAD.  I haven't been to a meeting in 3 weeks.  I GAINED 2 POUNDS!!  Not bad but NOT GOOD either.  Sooooooooo now I get back on track starting today.  Next Wed. is weigh in and meeting day.  I go once a week.  One would think with all the moving and packing and unpacking I have done in the past almost a year now I would have dropped lots of pounds.  MMMMMMMM!  Seems I can't keep my hands off the M&M's, POTATO CHIPS and other SWEETS!!  OH! and the YUMMY FOODS, EATING OUT is bad sometimes.    BUT TODAY I HAVE MADE MY MIND UP......I'M GOING TO STICK TO LOOSING MY WEIGHT AND REACH MY GOAL!!!  It'll take awhile but it will be worth it health wise and I can fit into some smaller clothing that is hanging in my closet. :-)   

I'M OFF TO A GOOD START AND AM GOING TO STICK TO IT!!!  I WILL POST EACH WEEK WHAT I LOOSE.  I DON'T PLAN ON GAINING!!!!!     Starting TODAY------I HAVE 25 lbs to loose.
I FIGURED IF I POST ON MY BLOG EVERY WEEK ABOUT GOING TO WEIGHT WATCHER AND HOW MUCH I LOOSE EACH WEEK; I WILL STICK TO MY GOAL.   EACH WEEK WILL TELL.  :-)

ROSES

These are roses from my rose bushes in Las Vegas THAT I LEFT BEHIND!!  I was looking through some pictures and there they were. :-) :-(   I really really loved all my rose bushes in Las Vegas.   Well, I have NONE in our yard here in Wylie, Texas.  BUT we are going to plant lots of ROSE BUSHES in a couple of months.  I sure hope they are as big and pretty as the ones we had in Las Vegas. They were really large and beautiful.  Really had wonderful scents.  ONLY TIME WILL TELL.  Hope we still have that green thumb we had in Las Vegas. LOL LOL!!!   Found the picture and it brought back lots of wonderful memories of all the beautiful scents of my rose bushes.  Hope whom ever has them now are taking care of them like we did. :-)

CHRISTMAS EVE & MERRY CHRISTMAS

THIS IS CHRISTMAS EVE AND SANTA IS ON HIS WAY!! WOOHOO!! HAVE TO STAY UP ALL NIGHT AND WATCH FOR HIM. :-) I am baking cookies, apple pie and blueberry pie today.

 THE "NO ONION" ORAMENT IS FROM MY DAUGHTER-IN-LAW JOLEEN.  She saw it at What A Burger and asked the manager if he had anymore of them.  She wanted to give one to her Mother-In-Law who is allergic to Onions.   He gave her one of the NO ONIONS orament to give to me. LOL LOL!!! She had it in a gift bag with a bow on it.  She said, this is an early Christmas present and you have to open it now.  I did and we laughed and laughed.  Joleen is such a SWEET DAUGHTER-IN-LAW!!  So it's hanging on my tree. :-)  I'll treasure the NO ONIONS orament she gave me. :-)

FRONT DOOR AREA  ****MY HUSBAND'S OFFICE IS ON THE SAME SIDE AS THE DOLL YOU SEE STANDING ON THE ROUND TABLE. THERE'S GLASS FRENCH DOORS INTO HIS OFFICE.  I WANTED IT FOR MY STUDIO BUT THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN.  SOOOoooooo! I GOT 2 OTHER ROOMS. :-)   MADE ME HAPPEN.  HIS OFFICE WOULD HAVE BEEN TO SMALL FOR ALL MY SUPPLIES, DOLLS, ETC.......:-)  THE DINNING ROOM WAS GOING TO BE A SITTING ROOM WITH LOTS & LOTS OF DOLLS......BUT THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN EITHER. 

It's funny when you first see the house and you decide what you are going to do BUT WHEN YOU MOVE IN IT ALL CHANGES!!! LOL LOL!!

Will take pictures of rest of the house later on.  Our House is laid out different than our other house was.  It's kinda weird to me but I'm used to it now.  Kitchen/Breakfast Room/Living Room are all open.
The Front Entrance is the Dinning Room and there's a room off to the right when you come in the front door that is Ken's Office with French Doors.   Long Hallway from Front Entrance/Dinning Room OPENS UP INT THE Kitchen/Breakfast/Living Room areas.   NO PICTURES YET of Hallway to Bathroom/Studio 1/Studio 2/Guest Bedroom.   I used the other bedrooms for my 2 Studios.   The Master Bedroom & Master Bath is off the Long Hallway in Front of the house.  Master Bedroom has a BIG Walk In Closet.  Could make another room out of it.  LOL!  Really it could be turned into a little bedroom for one kid if needed. BUT then there wouldn't be a closet to hang your clothes. LOL LOL!! And we don't have any kids that small anymore. :-)   They are all grown and have families of their own.
OH! and we have a laundry room off of the kitchen.  You can go from the laundry to the garage.  Have an attached covered patio in the back of the house. Off from the livingroom area.

SNOW PEOPLE

My Snow People wanted me to post their pictures again. *Have a smaller Snow People but can't find it's picture. Will have to take another pic of it.  I created them a couple of  years ago and posted them before ......... but they want to be on my blog again this year.  SOOOOooooooo Here They Are.  I'm working on a couple of new ones.

I CAN POST TO SOME BLOGS & SOME I CAN'T

I can now post to some blogs but some blogs I still can't.  I'll figure it all out I'm sure EVEN if I have to start another blog. LOL  I really don't want to do that.  Seems I have a gmail addy and don't know why or how to change it.  I've tried several time to get rid of that email addy.  It shows up on top of the screen as I type here in Posting.  I've gone to my account several times and changed it but it won't let me. I don't even get mail on gmail.   I guess it's OK for now at least I can post to some blogs now.  Perhaps I have to have gmail for Blogger.????????

HELP! I CAN'T POST COMMENTS ON OTHER BLOGS

HELP! Does anyone know why one can't leave a comment on other blogs?   I use  to be able to leave comments but can't now and it's been that way for awhile. HELP ME IF YOU CAN.  I WOULD APPRECIATE IT.

"MIRELA RENAISSANCE GYPSY TAROT CARD READER" Judges Choice Award PLUS MY NEW ART DOLLS

WOOOHOOO!!! My doll Mirela Renaissance Gypsy Tarot Card Reader won a Judges Choice Award at the Houston Quilt Show.   I'm THRILLED!!! HAPPY!!!!   You can't see the front of her Tarot cards but they are pictures of real old tarot cards Gypsy's used.  I made them smaller to fit her hands.  The chair is hand made by me using wire and fabric torn in strips.  Her body is made of cloth. Her costume is made of fabrics from the Gypsy's fabric trim package along with some things from my own stash.
PATTERN INSTRUCTIONS ARE ON THE DRAWING BOARD FOR HER.  THIS WILL BE A CLASS PROJECT.

"BELOW ARE MY NEW ART DOLLS"

MY NEW ART DOLLS I DESIGNED. COPYRIGHT 2011 Fran Parrigan Meehan.  THE PATTERN  WILL BE FOR SALE IN PATTERN FORM SOON! COMPLETE WITH DRAWING INSTRUCTIONS. AND/OR I WILL TEACH AS A CLASS.

There's Art Work on the back of each doll also.  All Art Work is Free Hand drawn by me. The backs of each Art Doll is Free hand Drawn also.    Each doll is made of cloth, painted with paints and free hand drawn with colored pens.  Hair is Tibetan Lamb Mohair hand dyed my me.  Blocks they are attached to were hand painted by me with acrylic paints, colored makers and alcohol inks

Sorry Pictures aren't the greatest on my Art Dolls.   I will have to re-take pictures at a later date. 

BEEN AWHILE

Well, it's been awhile since I posted.  GOSH! Almost a month has passed by.  Things do get in the way sometimes.  So much to do trying to get doctors since we moved. Have a couple in place but need some others.  BELEIVE ME I'M THANKFUL FOR DOCTORS BUT WHEN I HAVE TO FIND NEW ONES IT SCARES ME!!  It's the not knowing how good they are, etc.  Our insurance is good we can see any doctor.  It's just knowing which ones.  GOSH have to have several doctors ..........One for this and one for that and one for another thing.  I WISH I COULD GO SEE MY DOCTORS BACK IN LAS VEGAS!! Well, at least 2 of them. Don't think I haven't thought about it.  YES! I am a big baby when it comes to doctors. Don't like it at all but know I have to go sometimes.  I could go spend time with our daughter in Las Vegas and see the two doctors that I really trust and like. BUT hubby might not go for that one. LOL LOL!!! You know the feeling of being comfortable with doctors.  Gone to one doctor here Primary doctor.  Had blood work done. Don't have to go back they will call me. Mmmmmmmm!!! Not used to that.  Always went back to the doctor for results.  Monday go to Breast doctor.  I have all my films and ultrasound for them him her whatever.  JUST HOPE they are as good or better as the one I had in Las Vegas.  YES! I am making a wreck out of myself; arent' I????.  I guess I DON'T LIKE CHANGES.  After all I had my doctors in Las Vegas for 16 years.   I will get used to the ones here.  I guess I've just heard too many bad stories about doctors not doing the right treatments and right meds to people. My daughter in law gave me her doctors names.  My hubby has his doctors already because he was in the hospital a few days after we moved here.  I just kept putting it off. 

OK OK enough on that subject!!! SORRY! for going on and on.  I will stop now.  I could say lots more on this subject but I won't.  I will be a good girl and see the other doctors.

I do have several new dolls to show.  I will take pictures of them tomorrow and post them on my blog and my facebook. 
I did a pin doll swap on DollStreet and I got my pin dolls from Dru Esslinger, Gloriana Nickolis and Beth. They are wonderful.  Will take pics of the pin dolls also.  Each of them are WONDERFUL!!!

I guess I will stop talking now and go to bed.  It's almost midnight. MMMMMMMM! wonderful if I will turn into a Princess at midnight. ROFL!!! Don't I wish!!

THIS & THAT

I haven't posted in awhile.  Been busy with This & That as usual.  I'm working on dolls, etc etc.  for an up coming craft show this month.  I have several Art Dolls made.  Working on Fancy Lady Brooches and other items for the show. 

We moved furniture out of our living room and 2 of our sons came over this morning to help us put the hardwood flooring in.  It looks great.  I'm so glad the carpet is gone.  I don't like carpet.  I love my hardwood flooring.  It's the same flooring that they put in my studios.  Easy to maintain and it looks wonderful.  Wish I could talk hubby into putting the same flooring in our bedroom and guest bedroom.  Maybe someday. LOL LOL!!! He likes and wants carpet in the bedrooms.  UGH!!  That's OK, I'll let him have his way. Hehehehehe!!   I'll keep working on him to change his mind.  :-)

Will take pictures tomorrow and post them to my blog and/or facebook and my picturetrail. As soon as I put them in my computer and crop them, I will then post them.  Not sure if they will get on my blog, facebook and picturetrail tomorrow.  If not, the next day.  I WILL DO MY BEST TO POST THEM BY MONDAY.   Fingers Crossed. :-)   

Hope all are having a good fun weekend.  So far it's been nice.  I love my new flooring in my living room.  Well, hubby has to put the trim around and put the furniture back where it belongs.  Then it will be finished.

Just a couple more things to be done to the house and then hopefully we are finished.  Seems like we have been working on this house forever.  I'm tried and I want it all finished so I can RELAX!! Like I know what that word is.........RELAX??????? ME??????? Not in my vocabulary. LOL LOL!!

I guess I better get off the computer and get ready to go to our daughter in laws parents house for supper this evening.  Got lots to do around here before we have to go out.

DOLLS & OTHER THINGS

I'm still working on my Gypsy doll for the Gypsy Challenge.  Will finish her today.   My Celebration of dolls is finished and has been.  Have to get them in the mail.  

I will be starting on another new Art Doll.  I have the doll drawn in my sketch book already.  I did that yesterday while watching TV. LOL LOL!!  The Doll YELLS at me no matter where I am or what I'm doing.   I have to put her/him or whatever on paper if possible.  Sometimes they come out of the head as I am creating them. Watching TV or whatever or wherever I am.   No rhyme or reason to when or what my dolls or art wants to be.  I guess one would say my dolls & art pieces control me. LOL!   Yes, some do control what they want to be as I work on them.  I'm sure you know what I mean.  They pop into my head and I try to write them down on paper BUT sometimes I don't have paper and pencil.  I usually carry a pad and pencil with me BUT sometimes I don't.  Usually I remember this doll or art piece AND if I don't they come back to let me know from time to time. Does any one know why we can't post on some blogs and some we can.  I tried to post on a blog and it wouldn't let me.  I did  what google said. Didn't work.  So, I gave up.  Who knows what I did.  I'm sure I will find out. LOL LOL!!  Me and computers don't get along sometimes. LOL

Enough of my rambling on and on and on.   I'll save some of my ramblings  for another time. :-)

MY NEW ART DOLL "BLU ROSE"

"BLU ROSE" IS MY NEW ART DOLL I DESIGNED AND CREATED. 
I have full view pictures of front and back BUT when I download them into my blog they come over side ways.  I haven't figured that one out yet.   I'll keep working on that and hopefully I can show you the Full View Of "BLU ROSE"    FOR NOW AT LEAST YOU CAN SEE HER TOP HALF. :-)

Here's A New Doll That I Just Finished

"THE COLORFUL KEEPER"  NEW DOLL I JUST FINISHED. 

Her torso is made of cloth with a small tin inside her torso.  The inside of her tiny tin is covered with orange tin foil that holds pieces of dried moss, feather, ribbon and trims.  Front is covered with a piece made of stick pieces, tiny trims, tiny ribbons, flower with Swaroski crystal.  Her hair is created with all kinds of fancy yarns, feather, ribbons and pieces of fancy fabrics.  Her skirt is made from my hand dyed lace embellished with rose buds made of ribbons and tiny micro marbles.   Her face is made from paper clay. I made this face a couple of years ago.  It's a weird shape head. Top of the head is long and curves (can't see it for the hair).  I was going to use this face for ghost and probably still will on a ghost or whatever. :-)   Weird face turned out to look kinda pretty.  GOSH! I have to do something NOT PRETTY!  I did make a BAD BAD SNOWMAN a few years ago.  It was a BAD SNOWMAN. ROFL!
